As part of their Integrated Channels Marketing™ practice, Serino Associates leverages information and media to present comprehensive messages for their clients - and provides a way to gauge the effectiveness of many direct response activities.
The Problem
Serino Associates was looking for an effective method to achieve their Integrated channels marketing goal. Their monthly newsletter provided chockfull of good information to it's members and prospects on channel marketing tactics, email marketing strategies and effectiveness of direct response sites. The Serino associates newsletter is a very sticky and well written piece of marketing communication and they wanted a way for their customers and prospects to interact with them right when they had their attention i.e. when reading the newsletter.
