The Problem
Prior to the association with ListEngage, Leader Bank relied on their internal platform to send out all corporate email communications and newsletters to their customers and their opt-in mail lists. This process was cumbersome and had its limitation when it came to creating HTML enhanced emails. As a first step Leader Bank's mailing lists were cleansed and made available/uploaded on the platform in a format that made future additions to the list easy and manageable by the bank staff. This process enhanced the delivery and open rates of Leader Bank emails tremendously.
