The Project Continental Resources was seeking input from I.T. professionals regarding the topic of middleware also known as “Application Platform Suites.” They wanted to learn more about three components namely a) Security & Network Identity b) Portal Deployment and c) Enterprise Messaging and their effect on I.T. environmental planning. ListEngage's solution ListEngage managed the entire web survey process, from design & data collection to analysis & results presentation for a comprehensive 20 question survey in a way that would yield the best results. The survey had advanced jump logic capabilities and security features like IP and cookie blocking to prevent abuse and skewing of results. ListEngage provided the client a console to monitor and track results in real time. Our online reporting software helped the client generate a spectrum of reports from simple to advanced conditional report and cross tabbed reports between questions. The detailed results were formatted so that they could be downloaded in CSV, Tab delimited or XML format for further analysis.
